Collection: Refund and Exchange Policy

- You can exchange or return any item within 3 days from arrival date if the product is still in its purchasing states

- Shipping fees for exchanges or refunds are 45 EGP to Cairo, Alex,Delta and Canal,60 to upper Egypt and 120 to North Coast. It takes 2-5 days.
